The staff were amazing. The beds were very comfortable. It was located close to the Apollo Hospital, which was exactly what we needed. It was nice to speak to many other guests also visiting the hospital too. The view we had of the park was lovely and meant we got to see some of New Delhis wildlife. The foyer and down stairs restuarant have been nicely upgraded and a stark contrast to the old parts of the hotel. The checks of cars and people coming and going from the hotel were reassuring.

Check-in and check out were smooth and quick. Breakfast had lots of options. They took customised order for breakfast as well. The room was clean. The reception desk and concierge were very friendly. We requested a birthday cake and Ms Shivani prepared a desk with balloons and a cake. My kid loved it. Mr. Shani of reception was also helpful. Metro is a bit far away. We used autorikshaw and cabs most of the time. The Pacific Mall Jasola was nearby, and had a food court.

I would have preferred to have made my own coffee and had access to a coffee making machine. I like several cups in the morning and see no point in having to keep asking staff for this. A better (more comprehensive) selection of fruit juices would also have been nice. The room was very nice and of a generous size but could have done with more sachets of coffee and milk. I did ask for additional supplies but these never came.

We were delighted to be the guests of the day and were pleasantly surprised when we got upgraded to the suite. The staff was incredibly polite and warm, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Moreover, we were gifted a photo and a frame during our checkout, which made our stay even more memorable. All in all, it was a wonderful experience that we will cherish for a long time!

The hotel is well presented, the lobby is welcoming and large to accommodate check ins of larger groups. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. The bathroom is the best feature as the shower and toilet have individual doors making it very comfortable to use. The cake shop is very handy to take gifts for our family.
