Madam Kritika was very welcoming from day 1 to last one....the room was very comfortable, spacious, extra bed and table desk.,...the chair was comfortable., the foods were so good.....and so much variety every day....lots of vegetarians food and deserts The hotel has an inclusive personel. There was one staff who has an impaired hearing, but he managed to understand our needs, even came to see us at different times, he is very observant for my sister's birthday, a birthday cake was offered by the hotel, thank you so much

The staff were amazing. The beds were very comfortable. It was located close to the Apollo Hospital, which was exactly what we needed. It was nice to speak to many other guests also visiting the hospital too. The view we had of the park was lovely and meant we got to see some of New Delhis wildlife. The foyer and down stairs restuarant have been nicely upgraded and a stark contrast to the old parts of the hotel. The checks of cars and people coming and going from the hotel were reassuring.

Check-in and check out were smooth and quick. Breakfast had lots of options. They took customised order for breakfast as well. The room was clean. The reception desk and concierge were very friendly. We requested a birthday cake and Ms Shivani prepared a desk with balloons and a cake. My kid loved it. Mr. Shani of reception was also helpful. Metro is a bit far away. We used autorikshaw and cabs most of the time. The Pacific Mall Jasola was nearby, and had a food court.

The customer service was exceptional; every staff member I encountered was friendly, helpful, and genuinely cared about making my stay enjoyable. The rooms were impeccably clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a long day.The amenities were fantastic, offering everything one could need for a relaxing and convenient stay. From the fitness center to the swimming pool, every facility was top-notch and easily accessible.

I would have preferred to have made my own coffee and had access to a coffee making machine. I like several cups in the morning and see no point in having to keep asking staff for this. A better (more comprehensive) selection of fruit juices would also have been nice. The room was very nice and of a generous size but could have done with more sachets of coffee and milk. I did ask for additional supplies but these never came.
